Was excellent service lovely lady, sadly she was always talking to other workers and I feel my nails didn’t get the attention they deserved. Slightly rushed job and slight damage two one of them sadly after like 6 days of wearing them my pinky nail started to lift. Pricing amazing still deciding if I’ll go back.

I recently had red jelly nails done and they were the coolest nails I've ever had, perfect shape and colour, I received compliments everywhere I went.Friendly staff and great service. I highly recommend this place!

Great SNS nails, I am always happy with the finished product. My shellac toe nails are also good. Theyndo a great job in cleaning up and filing the nails. Just a little extra care needs to be taken around the toenail cuticles.

I love the friendly faces here and the quality of the work. Very flexible too if I phone to say I’m running late! Love Citi Nails Norwood!

I’m quite disappointed by my recent experience. I often go to this place to treat myself (the service until today has been good), but my pedicure today was rushed. The lady ‘forgot’ to include the cream and massage at the end Also they said No when I asked them to cut side skin of my toe. I understand if you have infection that is different However it was just a simple task, charged me full price. After pedi is done I have been sent for my nails to desk No 5 the lady gave the expression that why I am here. At on stage I thought I am stupid paying for such service. They talk in their own language makes others nervous and one feels awkward. Not coming again and recommend others not to go this place.

Great pedicure. the lady who gave me a pedicure was lovely & paid attention to detail. They had lots of staff on, so it seemed everyone was able to be seated quite quickly (maybe not the case all the time)

One of the best sets of acrylic I've had. All the same shape, very smooth and just perfect.I had a bad set of acrylic done at a different salon, was recommended by a friend to come and see Pam to fix. She was wonderful, triple checked everything with me to make sure I was happy and did an all round amazing job. It was a nice atmosphere, the other staff were all lovely also. Very happy. 10/10 experience

Absolutely terrible. Not just one or two aspects, the entire experience! Terrible service, terrible finished product - I am peeling off bits of shellac from my toes, it is so uneven and patchy. The lady was going to finish the pedicure with patches and I had to ask for another layer. Not to mention the alleged ‘pedicure’. My nails have not been shaped in any form and are all different. The woman doing the pedicure was more interested in gazing into space than doing my pedicure which I paid for - she was so disinterested she used one hand to massage. Sadly this is not the first time I’ve been here and had a very bad experience but I like to give people a few chances. However, nothing but disappointment.

Always an outstanding nail job. Very kind ladies and happy to repair a nail if I break one (which I often do cause of sport or some other activity). I have been coming to this salon for years for sns, acrylic and shellac - all very good. Would highly recommend

I went here today with my mum for the first time and unfortunately the last. I arrived with my mum and we were seated together, however the lady that did my nails acted like it was a major inconvenience to have our business and her mood did not improve the entire time. After 20 minutes or so my mum was asked to move to another table with no explanation whatsoever, which meant that we could not talk to each other for the rest of the time. My nails look great (unfortunately the same could not be said for my mum’s) and if we were treated a bit better I would have loved to come back.
