They haven’t reregistered for HICAPS with Medibank even though they advertise it, when you pay you will get a blank stare and they will blame your institution. They don’t change sheets, unless you ask, second time I have been but won’t be going back.

Massage was pretty decent however the rudeness of the lady that served me just ruined it. I wasn't even greeted when I came in with a hello. She just said to me, you pay first" to which I replied

Bonnie was AMAZING. If you have sciatic nerve pain or a sore back I highly recommend going here and seeing Bonnie. Couldn’t rate high enough. Time, care and dedication to actually helping my pain.

Having had a lot of sciatic pain on and off for the last few months, i was in Noosa and just had to have a massage. I was greeted by a lovely Taiwanese lady. She asked what hurt, i told her and in no time she was getting into the areas that needed attention. I can't say it was enjoyable because of the pain, but i knew straight away it was helping. A day later and I am feel amazing. Thank you Shin. Highly recommend

I had an appointment booked for today at 9.45- then at 10.20 was toldThe appointment was double booked and they will not be able to see me until 1pm. They also took a walk in appointment while I was waiting.

I have had massages from many different therapists, but this one was the best I have ever had. great!

I had just been to my physio & needed more relief. I explained my back issue to them & they were extremely careful around that area. EXCELLENT massage with almost 100% relief. Can use Hicaps here & only had to pay a small gap... Do yourself a favour. Very friendly, polite, well trained staff.

The massage was fine but conveniently the machine didn’t work for me to claim my health benefit on it. It’s never happened before. She conveniently had a book ready to write out a receipt and said it happens a lot. I was very suspicious about that
