Brighton Serviced Apartments

Warren is lovely and so i a reception staff and always accommodating. Beautiful rooms. Some pet friendly. Cleaning staff friendly and thorough. Rooms are nice and big, both bedroom and lounge and dining area. Balconies or courtyards. Your own laundry facilities. Good shower pressure and no problems whatsoever. Close to everything. No noise or dramas by other guests un both times ive stayed, both 5 years ago and now. Thanks guys

4 stars for grubby! Honestly your feet stuck to the carpet - room smelt funky and I would never stay here again.

Amazing place! My room is right next to the front desk. The gentleman here is super friendly and helpful.It's hard to find an affordable place that allows dogs with no strict rules. There's a small yard for my pup which I didn't expect and though I'm near a busy road it doesn't bother me and I haven't heard anyone complain yet.

I rarely write reviews but I feel like I owe it to you… This place is probably the worst accomodation we ever stayed in.The carpet is absolutely filthy, everything you touch in the kitchen is sticky… cups were actually stuck to the shelves.Don’t get me started on bedding… stains on pillows and doonas it’s absolutely revolting. Our queen bed was touching the floor in the middle…This is not a cheap motel on the side of the road, this is actually a $200+ night place.We had to vacate early because we were all feeling so sick with allergies…One advice - STAY AWAY

We stayed in the front apartment with 2 young children. It was so loud from road noise that we all ended up staying in the same room together. It felt like we were sleeping at the traffic lights.On arrival the floors seemed like they hadn’t been vacuumed with dust all around. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and someone’s socks were in the bedroom. Chipped crockery and dangerous glass tops that aren’t secured on the coffee table. We booked for 2 nights and left after one after being up all night with kids not sleeping and the cleanliness. Mentioned this on the way out to reception. The place was fully booked so knew there was no chance of a room change. Disappointing to waste over $200 and cut our time in Melbourne short due to this. From now reading other reviews, it seems I’m not alone.

This place is not 4 x star. Very disappointing. Burn marks on the carpet, no real reception, remote control had flat batteries, no mini bar, no breakfast and I suspect that there are mostly semi permanent residents. I am being particularly harsh with this review as the expectation was high. The delivery Very poor. The entire complex looks tired.

Great location closer to shops & restaurants. Homely atmosphere & great stay. Room service ( changing linen & bedsheets ) I would rate 3/5. Needs greater attention.

Serviced apartments" is more than a little of a misnomer. We stayed 3 nights

If you want a cheap(ish) place to stay for a night or 2 and you are not too fussy then you may find these ok. You will get that sinking feeling in your stomach as soon as you arrive. Yes the rooms have been updated but they are already looking drab and furniture looks like it came from the Salvos. Think cheap student accommodation and you will be on the right track. Positives Linen was clean, shower had good power, air conditioning was effective, tv was good size. Negatives A stones throw from the Highway, no ambience, tiny cramped bathroom, noisy wooden floors throughout, pov furnishings and fittings, outdoor car park.
