Excellent good old fashion service from the staff member of Lounge Life at Auburn. No standing around placing unnecessary salesmanship pressure on the customer. Fully informative service with clear knowledge of product for sale. Overall a pleasurable experience. No hesitation in recommending this firm after the one deal I have had with them. Raymond and Karash were both very knowledgeable and well presented. We were tossing between various options for our new sofa and both had very thoughtful recommendations that suited our needs and preferences.Both gentlemen clearly were great listeners who sought to assist our needs with great patience.We settled on a manual reclining sofa due to the lower weight and our immediate needs. Highly recommend this place due to large variety of styles and customisable colours.
