LOVE LOVE LOVE EVA! She’s literally sunshine in human form and has such amazing skill in styling, cutting and explaining the whole haircut/ hair care & styling process. We love the whole team at Rokstar Salon. It's always a super luxe and friendly experience, best scalp massages and super comfy basin chairs. My favourite treatment is definitely the Fusio-Dose & an extra shout out to Torrie too for being a super star, hair colour queen.

The owner of this business, Brodie Lee, knows nothing about customer service. I suggest you take your business to a salon that values you as a client. I was a loyal and regular customer for over 2 years. I was charged a $100 deposit to make an appointment in the weeks leading up to Christmas. When I was forced to cancel my appointment because I contracted Covid (which I was able to prove), they refused to refund my $100. To charge a regular and loyal client $100 for something that was outside of their control is the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be returning to this salon.Response to comment from owner:Brodie - Regrettably it is your response that is 'factually incorrect'. On both occasions when I asked Grace to reconsider (including today) she expressly stated to me that she had spoken with you and explained my situation, and that YOU had refused to back down on your policy. I was never offered the option to speak with you personally. Saying in your response that you would have 'waived this due to my circumstance' also appears to be 'factually incorrect' - as I pleaded my case with Grace in December and last week and both times she made it clear to me that she had spoken with you and that you had said that you were standing by your policy. So, I in fact gave you EVERY reasonable opportunity to reconsider, before I posted factual and accurate reviews about my experience with your business.At no point did I 'abuse' Grace. I was upset at the outcome (which was beyond comprehension to me) so when she asked me at the end of the call if I would like to re-book, I said 'No that will not be happening, good-bye'. That is a far call from abusing someone (which I would never do). This is not Grace's issue - it is yours, as a business owner.You say 'I did not have to make an appointment'. No, I didn't. I chose to come to your salon, as I had been doing for over 2 years. When I booked, weeks in advance, there was no requirement for a deposit. I was called and asked to pay one days before my appointment.I understand requiring a deposit, to prevent cancellations when someone simply changes their mind, or doesn't turn up. That was not the case in my situation. I called as soon as I could that morning, after I got my positive Covid result, giving you as much notice as possible, 7.5 hours, to offer my appointment to someone else on your wait-list. Under those circumstances, and when I was seeking to re-book and remain a client, I would expect any reasonable business to agree to credit back the deposit.There are many quality salons in Brisbane. I will choose to go to one that values its regular clients.

Visited today, all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. My service was done amazingly, perfect coffee and treats, honestly couldn’t fault Mikki or Eva both so respectful stylist. Absolutely adore my new hair thank you so much girls
