After buying hybrid flooring from Floorworld and being very happy with the service and product we decided to use floorworld again for new carpets. We again dealt with Rob who had fantastic knowledge and customer service skills, we are very happy with our new carpets and would recommend Rob and the team to anyone looking for new carpet or flooring.

My old carpet was attacked by the common Cloth Moth so I need to replace the whole carpet. Contacted Floorworld and decided to go ahead with the hybrid. Very happy with the outcome.Floorworld opens till 5.30pm so my partner and I went there after work.The sale person at the showroom was nice. We booked for the measurement. John came in and gave us the promotional price. We actually shopped around and found that Floorworld provided the most honest measurement. Some places gave us the measurement of my place which was 10-15 sqm bigger than the house actually is. The quote came with a reasonable price where I don't even need to negotiate it. John explained about the waste. We agreed and accepted that.On the installation day, Shannon and his partner came. They were professional and friendly. Their work is amazing. The house is completely changed. My partner and I love it.We had a drama during the installation that our floor needs levelling and the price cannot be quoted until the carpet was removed. Please note that levelling cost is based on how the place was constructed. I was there with Shannon and measured the floor level myself. Because of the uneven floor, we were quoted the price that we cannot really afford but we need to go ahead. We contacted Floorworld and spoke to Claudia. She was extremely helpful and adjusted the cost to minimum.Overall, we are satisfied with services and work done by Floorworld and we highly recommend Floorworld. We have had good experience dealing with them.

Absolutely amazing service and end result.We decided to sand and polish the original floors and install new carpets in the bedrooms.Let's start with Claudia who was a boss at keeping us informed. She was very reactive to our novice enquiries and knew what was required from us to ensure the job went smoothly.Then there was Rob. Rob walked us through our selections in the store. We were so impressed we did not need any other quotes.His work on our floors and the finish production exceeded all expectations.We cannot highly recommend the team at Canberra Floorworld enough.

We recently bought hybrid timber flooring for our living area and kitchen and carpet for a bedroom from FloorWorld Fyshwick. Rob Davis took us through all the options, explaining pros and cons and providing samples. When it came to installation he was there to manage installation of both hardwood and carpet, including managing the timing for both floor surfaces. He listened to our concerns, provided clear advice and information and made sure everything was done correctly. The installers arrived on the promised dates and work was carried out as we had been advised. We have dealt with many traders in our 50 years as house owners and landlords. FloorWorld, and Rob in particular, went the extra mile compared to our previous experiences. Nothing was too hard, and advice was always provided in a clear and timely manner. FloorWorld definitely exceeded our expectations.
