Bartons was originally recommended to me from my parents who purchased a motor vehicle through them last year, I always had an open mind going into a business that I have never had experience with. From the first welcome I received I've never had a negative experience. ALL of the staff are helpful and go above and beyond my expectations of customer service! Even after purchasing my new car the customer service I receive is still above impressive, so much so that I recommended my friend to purchase her first new car through them :-) we have just driven away for the second time in two months with a new car and a smile from ear to ear! Experienced noise coming from gearbox, with the car shuddering at low RPM. Couldnt diagnose the problem and was qouted 6 hours at $150/hr labour to pull apart the gearbox just to diagnose the problem. Took it elsewhere and was charged 2 hours for labour to do the same job. Ended up just needing a new clutch. Mix of inexperienced mechanics and big dealers ripping customers off.
