I find every Spotlight store fantastic. Staff are brilliant. Always helpful, and go out of their way to assist. Prices are great and specials are good value.

Spotlight Mt Druitt
visited the store on 1/4/2023 - customer service could be improved significantly. Customer services staff on the counter were busy chatting while the customers were waiting to be served.The staff member served me could not enter my VIP card number and just shrugged her shoulders that it's not showing, didn't offer to re-try or enter again. Could improve quality of service by helping customers instead of suggesting we can't do anything. Disappointed!

Not friendly staff. I couldn’t find the thing I wanted. I asked several staff who they were working there, none of them even bothered to look at me and see what I’m asking, most of them pretended didn’t hear me. Some of them just told me if you can’t find it means we don’t have it. I went to cashier at the exit and showed her their website says you have this item in your store, she didn’t bother to check the system and told me sorry we don’t have it. Never ever go back to this store.

I purchased a book there yesterday and realised that it wasn't the book that I wanted. I didn't even flip through the book, I got home and knew it wasn't the book I needed. I went back today to try to return this item and was told that they don't process book returns due to copyright laws". There is nothing written in their return policy about this. I then went home and rang the Wetherill Park store who told me that they don't have any policy like this and if I wanted to drive out there they would happily process this refund. Poor customer service from the Mt Druitt store."

This is a great shop. No wonder my mother used to shop here all the time. They have some really great VIP deals. It's like the supermarket it's very dangerous because you can empty your funds very easily here. The staff are fantastic and always willing to help.

Good collection, close to parking, but if you don't know where the stuff you want is, you will be playing Maze's game. Customers service is poor, I have seen and experienced the staff being rude with customers many times. I guess it is because of less staff and more work scenario.

I always go and get my stuffs at spotlight and most of my cricut supplies and tools. Good place and heaps of selection to choose. If I need small packaging bags 5 in 1 pack at a good price - I know where to go to. Some small deco, clothing and curtain, throw pillows, towels, sewing accessories- it’s a place to be.

This is one of the most pleasant Spotlight stores I've visited. The floorspace is large and the aisles are clear and spacious (not cramped and cluttered aisles like other Spotlight stores). The shelf height in the fabric section is below eye level, so I'm able to see across the floor and easily identify the section/fabric I'm after.The reason for docking a star is because I tried to purchase using a gift card but the system wouldn't accept it. The staff were lovely about it and mentioned that their system often has issues accepting gift cards and promotional codes. It took 15 minutes to resolve the issue.

The young man who served me, I think his name was Ardvin. He brought down the dinner set I wanted to purchase from the top shelf. He then directed me to where I would find the floor cushions.After I had paid, I asked if I could take my shopping in two lots as they were too heavy for me. He was very accommodating. I took one lot then came back for the second. Best service I have received in a long time.
