Rubbish customer service. Rubbish website. Tried multiple times to update card online, it goes nowhere. The ammount of card fraud happening in the world, its extra concerning to keep trying to add payment details in a failed system, they make impossible to pay, then they keep harassing you for payment, they don't return call back requests at the requested time, their phone service is rubbish with annoying answering machine that puts you on hold forever. Why is it that corporations think people have nothing better to do then to be on the phone waiting forever? Why is it that telecommunications corporations are the worst at communications? Why is that they can't just make life easier for customer and send a bpay bill for us to pay the bill? They demand automatic debt but fail badly at having a system in which we can safely add our payment information. Just get bpay billing for gods sake. Stop making things complicated. Sick of it.

We have had a connection issue for 6 months. Its still not fixed even after NBN and TPG techs came out and have had 3 different routers as well. I rang today and the case has been closed even though the disconnects are still occurring. The helpdesk staff can only do the basics and are of no help whatsoever. The engineers have no idea what's going on either. We have been with TPG for many years now. Sadly before NBN they were a good company but have become 5th rate now.Use this useless company at your peril!

I paid the bill 10 days ago, and they took five business days to balance the account. Still no internet at home.I regret not reviewing the rate before. They seriously deserve to be reported to the authorities. Is someone thinking or has knowledge about it?

I don't normally leave negative reviews. TPG just made me to make an exception.Our NBN router died. After waiting for 7 days for a replacement, i was told that the order was not made due to a $10 delivery fee not being paid. I am currently on the phone for over 2 hours being transfer between different operators to get a replacement router.They might be a big company. Their plans might be well priced. It was really frustrating to deal with their customer services if anything goes wrong.

Someone needs to stop these guys from operating. Nothing but horrendous customer service. They have overcharged us, cancelled an account on the spot, won't fix the issue, won't reinstate the account - even when it is fully paid and no request to cancel was made. We spent 3 hours on the phone tonight trying to sort out the problem with a promise that someone would call us back!!!! LOL We know that is just not going to happen. Stay away - use a bigger provider! We found a service to solve all our problems on the spot and it was definitely NOT TPG! Give Vodafone or Optus a chance

No doubt, No.1 from the last. Please don`t try your patience and life to deal with the company, especially when you talking to their staff.
