The building is a bit old, but the staff including security staff were all very professional and nice. It feel so warm to be there, feel safe to have all kind of tests

I had my 1 year old sons X-ray at the Bentley radiology clinic today. He had never had an X-ray before and I was apprehensive and nervous about the experience. The three staff members who took his X-rays were so kind, welcoming and put both my son and I at ease with their sweet natures. They went above and beyond to make it quick and managed to entertain him in the meantime! Facility is clean and appointment ran on time. Thank you so much for putting so much care into what you do.

A nice, bright, clean and serene facility for your scans. My CT scan was on time and proceeded without any issue. I was attended by technician Jon and would like to commend him specifically for his lovely manners, professionalism and kindness.

These lovely people are awesome. They are very efficient and knowledgeable but are also friendly & empathetic. You get treated like an individualBut the waiting time is minimal and the service is great. They are very good at what they do.

Perth Radiological Clinic is the most incompetent clinic i have been to in Bentley they will take your booking while they a have faulty CT machine and when i arrived they said to wait" while they fix it.All they did is waste my time i will never go back there again..i was also reading some of there negative "employee" reviews i can see there point."

Made an appointment for 3:30pm as it was the only time I could make after work. Received text message to confirm arrival at 2:45pm. Thought it was odd as so early, but confirmed. Turned up at 3:15pm to be told my appt had been moved to 3pm yet nobody rang to tell me. Luckily I was fit in. Ultrasound technician was lovely. Applied to get patient portal which says it'll take 2 business days, 5days later I get email response saying use activation code given at appointment. Pity I didn't get given any information or activation code. Didn't have these problems at SKG!

My mum had a suspected blood clot and reception managed to fit us in for an appointment expediently. The sonographer, Siew-li, (called herself Sue) was funny, knowledgeable, kind and found the clot. I am very thankful for the staff at this facility. Thank you greatly.
