Happy to take your money but don't give update on delivery estimated time. Waiting for 1 months for standard sizes windows which they have them in stock. 1 months plus time to put reveals and fly screen. Not responding to emails and no call back

Ordered 2 windows from here for the first time. Was told by the sales person Amira that I could organise to have pick up for the Windows from the Windsor store. I was also told that there was a 2.5 to 3 week wait on the windows. I had to call the store when i had the invoice and pay for the windows before they would be produced. When i called and paid the invoice, I was then told that the wait time was 6 to 8 weeks and that i could only pick the windows up from Prestons otherwise it was a $220 fee to get them from Windsor.I called Amira and asked why the difference in stories and I was told that i was a liar and she had never said any of those things.Upon getting a refund they refused to return the fee they charge you for paying by credit card (which is also not my problem as Fair Trading also said)I asked to speak to a manager on several occasions and no body would put me through to one. Instead they were pushing to refund the money as quick as they could instead of letting me speak to a manager.These people are very helpful until you pay the bill and then they just change everything and don't care.I only tried these guys to see how their service was and can definitely say that i will be staying with my usual supplier and never dealing with these dishonest people again
