Domino's Pizza West Burleigh
Today 13/1/23 9pm I went into west Burleigh domino’s and had the single best experience I’ve ever had getting pizza.The first guy was walking back from the bins and opened the door for me.They were all super polite and friendly.Pizza & shake was literally aesthetically perfect.Handed me my pizza and shake opposed to telling my name from behind the counter.Who ever these 2 are are an absolute credit to the dominos team.

This is three times now the pizza is so under cooked. The base is still doughy the cheese is barely melted ! Please teach your staff how to cook!! Edited, so I thought I'd give them another go, far out even more ridiculous than ever! first they make the wrong pizza secondly the cheese scrolls were miniature size and missing one. Worst thing was it was the manager that did it!! Then tells me he had a long weekend!!!!! Check the photos

The WORST domino’s I have ever ordered from.We ordered 3 pizzas, one of them was supposed to be vegetarian with no olives. On arrival the pizza not only still had the olives on, but also had MEAT on it!! This was absolutely not acceptable so we informed the store and had a remake sent. After another 40 min the remake arrived and it was a completely wrong pizza. It had pineapple on for some reason. So I had to ring the shop again and ask for a refund. It’s been a week and I still didn’t receive the refund.Maybe it’s time to stop employing school kids who can’t get a pizza right and find a manager who resolves problems.

if I could rate less I would. Their food, customer service etc is tragic as it is. But the amount of rubbish left behind by this place and their customers is appalling. Empty pizza boxes left behind *right outside* as well as empty drink containers, food etc. Disgusting. Surely there could be a bin supplied outside as this seems to be an ongoing issue, or at the very least having the closing staff clean up after their filthy customers?I go to the gym next door and frequently see the complex trashed of an early morning, not to mention the gym staff having to clean up after them on multiple occasions. this is a great way to show that your business has zero consideration for the environment, or others.

First of all I would like to say the milk shake was immaculate although ANA was hard to understand and needed to repeat her self a few times due to the lack of English. We asked how much a drink was which was $5, then proceeds to charge me $7.09 for a milkshake. Terrible, honestly shocking

Delivered only half of our order after waiting an hour (said they forgot to put it in the bag) gave us some money back but wasn’t really the point. Said we could go and get it ourselves even though we paid an extended delivery fee. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems either.

Management very lax about resolving complaints with products. Waited over an hour for a pizza to come come properly made. Management hung up 2 times when trying to ask for it to be fixed.

Very poor service. Rude manager.. i ordered the pizza. And paid extra money for feta.. there is not a single piece of feta present in the pizza.. talked to manager. He was literally rude..

First bad experience we had, the delivery driver called to say they had the wrong order and would be another 45 mins to an hour for another delivery, so we had to drive to pick up. Then tonight we were told 10-15 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes later only to be told “we’re just waiting on one more” then we hear the staff saying “quick we need to make a chicken pizza”.Dropping the ball. Might be time to change pizza shop.
