All in all a pretty good experience. These guys have stuff in stock that other places just don’t have. Ordered some quality API gear through the Muso’s Corner website, was sent out within a day and a half of ordering and they always responded within an hour or two the couple of times I asked for an update. No complaints. As long as the product arrives in good condition I can’t see that changing.

Just got a Gibson 50's LP with lay by from Musos Corner, And should I say that I am very happy with the service and process, communication trough email and phone was always easy and friendly, request were answer promptly and delivery was fast and with no issues, Highly recommended store.Pic don't make justice for the nicest top of the LP

If they don‘t have out, you probably can't get it. Been shopping here for instruments, music and spares for over 45 years (yep, I‘m that old and look that young). Knowledgeable staff, generous with their time to get you the right product. Also nice people and good musicians themselves. Musos is a Newcastle institution (no affiliation, just a very happy and regular customer).

Bought a Gretsch G5222 online for a competitive price. Rang the shop the next morning and spoke to Josh who was friendly and helpful. Had the crew replace the stop bridge with a Gotoh GE101Z and had the guitar restrung with 52-12 strings with a wound G. This was no problem and set up was complimentary. My guitar was shipped to me within a week. Guitar plays like a dream and I recommend Musos Corner. These guys know their stuff and are as passionate about their gear as I am. A+

The best place to go for all your muso needs. Fantastic staff who really have great knowledge and advice. My son and I were looked after by very helpful staff and could not be happier with the advice and service. Awesome range and the store is well set up so you can try out before you purchase. Highly recommend you take a look at this fine Newcastle institution

Disappointing - reminded you are just a number. Have had a number of good experiences here buying various instruments in the past. On Friday, went to look at an acoustic guitar for my family. Monday (3 days later) rang to reserve it and price had increased from $239 to $389. Spoke to a manager (Jack) who simply said prices are subject to change" and said it was just misadvertised on Friday. Not willing to honour advertised price."
