Emerald Cabin & Caravan Village

Wow what a stunning stop over. Will be back again next time we come through. The cabin was spacious, very clean, quiet and close to the laundry.

We stayed here for 5 nights on a powered site. We requested for a space with no trees, to which the reception arranged. We were close to the road, which did disturb our sleep as many cars passed through the night. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay.

Quite large park, clearly organized and clean. Partly with trees and shade, partly hot and without shade (gravel and concrete). Infrastructure is ok: laundry, camp kitchen, dump point power and water. Please plant trees for shade! 01/16/2023

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the last 2 years.Our last stay was the previous weekend for three nights. My wife had booked a specific cabin. When I arrived (we arrived from seperate directions) I was given a cabin which I suspected was not the one my wife had specifically booked. So after complaining about the cabin allocated, they gave me one nearby the one that I thought had been booked. When my wife arrived she also found out that we didn't have the correct cabin, she questioned why. Neither of us was given an apology, nor were we contacted about the change. The only reason given after some talking was that the people in the cabin at the time stayed on longer. This sort of customer service is very poor. In the past when we've stayed we've been overall happy enough. There is the usual useless Wifi, but 90% of motel&cabins have the same issue, and no trim milk but we can live with those limitations. The Cabin park setting is nice and previously have enjoyed staying there. Just a shame.

We stayed here for two weeks. Trying to find out if we can stay longer from the office. Had been told it's tourist season only can extend for another week. Then need the owner approval. The price from last week then this week then next week so much different that we decided it's time to move on. Welcome only for overnighters.

I stayed in a clean and comfortable pet friendly cabin. Large parking area for big vehicles to load and unload, lots of green lawn to walk dogs after a big drive. Good, quiet night's sleep, friendly staff and clean facilities. Will stay again.

Medium size park, most are drive thru's, 2 amenities block which are kept clean, reasonable price, 10 minutes to large CBD, staff are helpful and courteous, recommend this park.

Stopped for a couple of nights in a drive through site. Park is clean as are the amenities. Only problem I had was the leaf blower in the adjoining golf club at 6.30am on a Sunday morning. We have laws against this where I live!
