Okay this is based purely on employment for my partner.The HR of this business is extremely partial and works her staff like robots. My partner had nerve pain in his head and had to take days off for dental surgery. My partner showed up for work the next day in pain and HR grilled him for having days off due to sickness and attending a family members wedding. Upon resigning my partner was met with hostility and was told that he never worked. The medical staff are simply amazing however the HR brings down the whole company with partiality and needs to be culturally aware of how to deal with Indigenous persons as this person does not belong in a community based environment. Very unprofessional and even though he was happy to receive the job offer there was no formal interview process and it was also a turn off offering positions to unqualified persons.Very unprofessionally run from an employee standpoint and wouldn’t recommend this clinic for employment based on the politics.
