Unfortunately, very poor service and workmanship. Security door lock lasted about 3 weeks and became unusable. Reused old screws instead of ones that came with new hardware. Kept us waiting for 2 weeks without door locks after removing old ones. Just plain rubbish service. Ho Hum

Rang and they said they could replace the barrel of a lock fur $24 and do it in 20-30 minutes. Arrived and they said, sorry, it’s $24 to cut a key for the lock (which they can’t do) and couldn’t do anything for a couple of days. Didn’t bother asking what a barrel replacement would cost.

Tony arrived 12 minutes(in peak hour) after we called after my 17 yo learner driver daughter locked her keys in the boot. I cannot thank and recommend Tony enough for his personable professionalism and his ability to reassure us in our crisis. We were late for commitments and stuck in a cold carpark and Tony was like a hero. So friendly, so pleasant and so , well, human. Thanks Tony, you made my daughter's first foray into the real world, survivable.

Excellent service, had an issue with my drivers side key barrel falling into the door recess. They fixed it there and then and the price for the service was a lot less than expected. Highly recommend

I was quoted a maximum of $400 for a car key replacement, only for this to be scrapped 30 minutes before they were meant to do the job.They then said the price could be anything and they might not even be able to do the job....I concede this was possibly a genuine mistake, but it was wildly unprofessional and a major inconvenience.EDIT: Their reply to this is sad, they fail to see the problem.The problem is not their ability to do the job, it's the fact they said they could, GAVE ME A QUOTE, then waited 5 days (30 minutes before the appointment) to tell me they could NOT do the job and tried re-negotiating price like a street thug con-artist.Stan Wooton Locksmiths ended up doing the job to a professional standard and stuck to their quote.I recommend you to steer clear of this business.

Chick who answered the phone had no idea if they had in stock what I was looking for and refused to let me speak with one of the locksmiths.Unfuckinbelievable!

5 stars service to Geelong Locksmiths. My wife somehow locked the keys in her 2020 Range Rover Sport with 2 x dogs and her mobile inside. Called around and best advise was to break a window, called Geelong Locksmiths and within 10 minutes were able to unlock the vehicle with NO damage. Now have a happy wife....happy life!
