Very professional and punctual taking into consideration customer finance

Paid $100 for the Rodent special on top of my annual termite inspection, $405 in total. Noticed no change in mice in the roof whereas previous year I noticed a change immediately which lasted almost the whole year as promised by the first guy that came out. I checked the bait boxes to see if they had actually been refilled and they were empty. So clearly they had not completed the service. This is 2 weeks after they were here. I made contact and spoke to a lady to see if I could please have someone out to check the work that had been done only to have her speak to her supervisor and tell me that I can pay $290 for a better treatment if I am unhappy. And that the mice must have eaten all of the bait…..What a joke!

Very friendly staff on the phone and when coming to the house. Informative, punctual and did a good job. My only criticism is that it’s very expensive for the full service check here for two hours then four times throughout the year was $900.

Booked for a spray service ( I clearly said both exterior and interior) and got a $25 discount as a RAA member. I remember the lady also described how the job would be carried out, she also mentioned interior. However, on the day, the technician only did external and told us that it cost another $29 to get interior done. There isn't a price shown on the website for the service so... I think this whole thing is very suspicious... It's like they didn't really want to give me the RAA discount so they made up an excuse to change me more.Or maybe I have to record all my conversation with this company just to make sure this won't happen again?

The guy that came out was really friendly and did a good job, but the price is ridiculous, a $50 increase from last year, how do they justify a price rise of this much?

Unfortunately this company inspects my termite barrier annually. Took option for spider spray as bonus during inspection. They only spray the ground level accessible areas, not the first floor. When had discussion on phone to request under eaves sprayed, phone consultant could not offer a solution except to hire a scissor lift to reach. Previous years had a detailed report. This year a one line report on my invoice.

Very happy with our recent pest inspection and advice

We have used comlete pest controle for years, this particular visit was great. Cody the tech was friendly, efficient on time and just next level.Haven't had any termites since the bait and poison system went in years and years ago.This time it we added a pre-winter rodent poison. Which has always kept out rat population much lower than any other form of management There has never been any problems with pets getting in to them.
