After 20 years dealing with Poolwerx on Maroondah Hwy Ringwood..(They closed down) went first time to this shop.There were two young boys, very matured in their approach & assistance and very helpful.Particularly, the girl (Don't know her name ... she have multi coloured hair) is a True Professional.She advised what I need to do and how it should be done with the pool.Amazing pupil they are. Thank God I found the right place & professionals.HarryHad an issue with pool pump leaking water. Went to the shop on Sunday 15th, spoke to Maddy, she listened patiently & told me to take pictures of where it is leaking from and email it, so that, she can get it escalated to the Technicians. Which I did.Following day, early morning, received a call from Kath. Kath immediately organised the technician to attend to my pool & fix the leak the VERY NEXT DAY....!!!!There are pupil who treat their job, JUST as a Job. BUT....There are Few Pupil who Treat Their Job, NOT" Just As A Job.....BUT..."AS A COMMITMENT"Both Kath & Maddy are one of the few...Please convey my Sincere Thank You to Kath & MaddyKind Regards

This is not my local, but I travel here as the staff are really helpful and give great advice of fixing and cleaning pool. They don't force you to buy more chemicals than you actually need, and generally work with you to solve problems without focussing on making a sale". Very happy with them."

Had a technical question while on site, rang up poolwerx ringwood, who at the time I had never dealt with. I spoke with Kat who was super helpful and happy to help us out! I Will use them for all of our pool needs in the future!Great service, thanks again !

friendly, and helpfull. Staff member was a bit short last year but i wanted to give them another go. Glad i did. Geoff was very helpful and took the time to explain the chemicals i needed to keep the kids happy all summer.

I have been coming to Poolwerx very regularly for help with the spa. Every staff member especially Kat and Geoff(I think his name was Geoff) have been so helpful. Their knowledge is extensive. Highly recommend Poolwerx Ringwood. I won't be going anywhere else. Ps I think Kat and Geoff deserve a bonus!!

Just recently had a pool installed and was a bit overwhelmed with getting the water quality correct. Geoff was fantastic. He made it simple for me. Service was exceptional, no hard sell. After I left it was like a weight was taken off my mind. I'm a customer for life.

Called for a pool service but no one ever turned up. Had to chase them again and again so they sent someone else one week after.The guy didn’t even vacuum the pool per scope, and didn’t clean the pool tiles properly. Called the office to complain but the receptionist was very rude. Told me the guy would come back again to get the work done properly but never did. They charged $80 for chemicals on top of the service while the pool guy kept saying our pool was perfect and nothing much needed to be done. The charge and the slack of work didn’t match a bit.Would not use again and would not recommend. If you even call them, make sure you stand next to the guy so he will actually do the work.
