Great products, service not so good. I have bought 3 products from this company and I am very happy with all of them, but when it comes to after sales service, I'm not - there is no contact, no tracking, no notice that the item has been send and all of the products took considerable time to arrive, forcing me to follow up, I received no response with online enquiries and had to phone repeatedly. I would understand if there were issues with supply etc, but just left in the dark doesn't make for a happy customer.

I bought 2 magnetic insect screens for the rear of my troopy, @ $80 each + $22.90 postage, they are a great product, very well made with strong magnets. Communication was poor, received product 23 days after ordering.

I only normally write reviews for exceptional (positive or negative) experiences. Dealing with Doug was an absolute pleasure. He was helpful and delivered on the promised goods. The really impressive experience however was how he handled a query re a small manufacturing oversight. Without hesitation, he apologised and offered to remake the offending screen and sent it out promptly. Fantastic service! I firmly believe you can judge a business on how problems / issues are handled and in this case... absolutely top marks for Top Gear 2 Go.Tars

Had a great experience with Doug and the screens he fitted on our last VW Campervan about 4 years ago. So when we acquired a Sprinter Motorhome recently it was just natural to go back to Doug. He had them all ready after taking the order online and fitted recently after camping overnight at his idyllic bush property at Austinville. His wife Denise drove us to the shops and picked us up later in the day. So kind. As always the work was first class. We returned recently after two months to pick up two more magnetic screens for the front windows to use on hot days and for some minor adjustments which were all done with a smile and willingly. We also got a full set of Sun Screens that are also attached by way of magnets so no more suction pads! Excellent work, skilled and cheerful team and Doug firmly believes in keeping his customers happy which we certainly are. Highly recommended. Terrific and essential products for camping.

We had their magnetic screens installed in our van by the people who did our van fitout. There were a few issues with the screens so I rang Topgear2go and spoke to Denise, she said come by when you're in the area and we'll have a look at it for you. So about 1 month later we rock up about 0830, absolutely fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of their excellent customer service skills. We left with smiles, so happy to have had such excellent help.All the ladies at Topgear2go are awesome!

Doug’s magnetic screens are wonderful. We had them fitted on our Toyota Coaster and they are perfect. As the Coaster has more rounded sides it was ideal to get these for blockout curtains.The magnetic fly screen at the rear covering our barn doors is magic. Can’t wait to try it out in hot weather. Doug and his team gave wonderfulservice from start to finish.Highly recommend to all motorhomes

Good quality product BUT ordered screen October wrong one sent end November so returned and still awaiting correct screen 24 Jan . I've always had to do phoning for update.

Sadly it wasn't a great experience.We called on Monday and asked about a flyscreen for our van and how long it would take, we are in a rush but we just wanted to know how long it would take to get made. We got told they would call us back that day. So on Tuesday we rang again because we didn't hear back. They said the same thing, they would ring us back.Then on Wednesday we rang in the morning and they said again they would ring us back, we then rang another 2 times on Wednesday just asking how long it would take and if its something they can actually do at the moment. They said they would ring us back that day.It's now Sunday and we never got a call back.We weren't asking for special treatment because we are in a rush we literally just wanted to know how long and if it's possible.It's also annoying because they are the only place that sells what we need.
