Will tell my story and the reader will judge .. I took my phone for some technical issues the customers service guy was good he helped us and said will send it for a repair and won’t take 4 days for repair .. while if I choose to fix it in the shop next door to Samsung store he would fix it while I’m standing without loosing my data (ridiculous) !! Any way I said it’s ok can you please supply me with other devices while you fix mine !! He said sorry no policy for that we can’t give you one of our phones I said but I’m giving you mine which i bought it for 1500$ again he apologised ! Till now it’s fine for me 3 days it’s ok I can handle it . He said if something happens will give you a call .. What really bothers me that I waited 10 days without any call and I’m a mother the phone is extremely important to me it’s got all my kids school applications and so On!! I had to call twice till after exactly 3 weeks someone called said we needed to replace it for you do you agree!, when I said yes he said will send it to the store in a week ohh come on is he shipping it from Korea!! I’m writing this still didn’t get my phone back… my friend had the same experience with apple you know what they replace it to her in the store immediately without even checking it and me it’s been a month without a phone as Samsung is poor company can’t supply me with a phone or even replace mine immediately … was a bad bad experience to me

Worst customer service ever. This store is the worst Samsung ever.There aren't many people, so why do we have to wait for 20 min? There were 3 employees.

Bought a Samsung S 23 mobile last week from EOFY sale where you will get a bonus smart watch. As per the store people, it should be delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Now last Friday I got an email which informs me, it might take up to 60 days to get delivered. Why in the first place they didn't inform us the correct information? Why playing hide and seek?

Service I got was not great , they do not support online team, different company policies according to people in here haha what a joke. They only seem to care if you are spending money in store to get their commissions. I kept going back and forth until you post about on public forum and only then will you get some sort of real assistance..

I had to go and sort my samsung 5 watch out, as the charging cord for the watch was knackered, and Vodaphone didn't do the cords and didn't have them in stock.So the guys from vodaphone said that the Parramatta Samsung store should be able to help me out.I was hoping that maybe the case, I park in Westfield Parramatta which is like a rabbit warren, and find the Samsung store is on the ground floor, we are on the 5th floor, I find 5 staff just hanging out to help us. We head to the back of the store, and I start telling my story, I say the charging cord for my samsung 5 watch does not work, and the customer service lady checks the cord 3x's, and she acknowledges yes it doesn't work"

Worst customer service ever. Guy that answered the call had no interest in speaking or answering my enquiry properly. Pure RUDE!If you don't want to deal with people do not work in retail/customer service! Educate yourself onproduct!! this is the second time I've dealt with this person in store (last week) and unfortunately on the phone he ended up answering the call. It's not hard to smile and be nice

Please train staff to be professionals of knowledge of products as well as show willingness to help customers. I felt very uncomfortable as they were too casual and had to constantly ask for details. I totally agree with all the 1 star reviews. I like Samsung and this lack of professionalism is just poor presentation.
