I couldn't speak more highly of the service I received at GJ Barnett. Easy to get an appointment. I made an online enquiry in the evening and was phoned the next morning by Glen to make an appointment. Glen was professional, on time and courteous. He made the best of my personal tax return, beyond my scope of expertise. He gave advice for my new small business. He was up front with his fee's and made it clear he was available for any enquiries I had regarding my business. I would definitely recommend.

I started with G J Barnett 3 years ago after doing my own Tax for several years. This is because the complexity of my returns had exceeded my expertise and ATO involvement. G J Barnett was fantastic in amending the returns and fixing the situation. They are still great in helping with my questions, appropriately saving tax and processing the returns. G J Barnett is professional, easy to deal with and efficient.

I phoned GJ Barnett as a new small business owner looking for an accountant in my area. I explained that I would like to stop by the office to meet one of the accountants and find out if I would be able to work with them when my business needed accounting services. I was informed that it would cost $250 to walk in the door to discuss whether I wanted the privilege of paying them to do their job. I am now busy referring everyone I can to several other local accounting firms who were very welcoming and open to answering basic questions and do not engage in outrageous price gouging before potential clients even get in the door.
