Good one on one purchasing experience

Experts there are NOT.EDIT:They sell you a product that is not suitable for your home and will not help to rectify the sitution.Customer Service does not help either, even though they respond to you and you provide further information.I have used Godfreys many times in the past and always trusted their suggestions. But after this experience I will never again.

I am so happy and impressed with the service I received. I was pretty sure that I knew what I wanted but I had some questions about the vacuum, however, I was not able to go into the store. I could of course bought it online and done hours of research but I only had 20mins.I called the store and they were more than happy to help and answer any questions I had. With their help I received my vacuum 2.5 days later and I am extremely happy with the product.I was going to get what I purchased 6 years prior but after talking about my options and some updates, I added a few things that were definitely worth it. I am over the moon with the product and the customer service I received.Sometimes when you go into a sales business you just feel like you are not being listened to and just been sold a product. Not once did I feel like this. The service team listened to my needs and gave me options based around them.Sadly in this day and age it is becoming harder and harder to get good customer service so I just had to write a review to say how happy I am.

The staff are ever so nice and helpful, we have done business with them before, and again today.

They are very good what they do

Total lack of communication from staff didn't listen In the first place and then were never Interested In resolving the Issue bye bye Godfrey's.

Very helpful staff and a wide range of products, including commercial vacuums and cleaning equipment.
