Honest and reliable. Went through 3 different mechanics and only these guys were able to fix my engine leak problem, cheaper than the others too.Took in my Hilux and they did such an amazing job. Better yet, they were excited to get onto the next stage! I've never had a mechanic proudly show me their work. HIGHLY recommend these guys. We've found our regular mechanic.

I brang my car here to get some issues fixed for a roadworthy, Craig showed me exactly what he fixed and left me with no doubts whatsoever.These guys shouldnt be underestimated. They have extensive knowledge in their field (especially in dealing with prestige automotive) and no task at hand seems too difficult for them. If i could summarize Jet Service Station in one word it would be: Excellence.

I brought my car here for an urgent repair on a Saturday and on another after-hour occasion. It’s wonderful to have a local mechanic that works extended hours to service customers in dire situations. Craig is very patient when it comes to explaining things and giving us time to decide on major repair. Although I don’t know much about cars when I first went to him, I find communication with Craig very pleasant and I’ve learnt a lot about cars from him.

Craig and his team provide excellent service and are extremely committed to their craft!! A go-to now for all my cars needs!

First walked in here for a head bulb fitment, being a young lady they were honest and professional towards me in which is quite difficult to find in mechanics these days. Since then I've been back to get my car for all its scheduled servicing and will most definitely continue. Bazz is usually who looks after me and is quite precise and quick with what he does. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

I have been visiting Jet Service Station since I bought my Audi A5 some time ago and have had nothing but the most helpful and sincere advice, from post-purchase of the vehicle almost 2 years ago, right up to the sale (which is underway). I originally had another mechanic who tried to con me, before I found Jet SS who looked after me.The guys here treat you with a down-to-earth attitude, and put things in terms you can understand. I feel lucky to have their number in my pocket.It actually is sad to see people leaving negative reviews for these guys for problems out of their control, when I know they do everything in their control to make sure your car is in great shape - they even went into their own time to cross-check a report from another mechanic about my car in which they found several errors (such as that my car was about to lose its timing-belt" when in fact it has a timing-chain and did not need any of those costly repairs).Thank-you for saving me money

We were in dire need of assistance and we were recommended to a mechanic that was nearby. We were grateful that he helped us to get the car working in a short period of time, and charged reasonably.Not only did he drove down towards where we were, he gave us some recommendations to get our vehicle moving again. It was identified the start motor was down by Supercheap Auto, our own mechanic over the phone and his professionalism. It was 3:50 pm on a Saturday and it’s almost impossible to source it due to all stores closed at 4 pm. But he went out his way and found one in Repco. He drove back down to us, replaced it on the spot and then did some touchup works at the shop.We were stuck in the new neighbourhood with a toddler who missed his nap. He went above and beyond trying to fix the issue so that we can drive home. I would highly recommend this shop and his professional services to anyone!
