Logbook service for 2 cars. Completed by 10:30am same day. Offered a lift home after car drop-off. Service was very well priced and everything was thoroughly checked. No complaints at all. Best service in Rockhampton I've ever had.

Very reliable and trustworthy family owned business of Rockhampton in Frenchville suburb since 1965. Excellent vehicle servicing with honest, no nonsense approach. I Appreciate their great customer service and good prices. RACQ approved repairer, which gives me good piece of mind.

Had my partner drop my car off this morning for a service and to get a headlight bulb replaced. Very impressed by the service and price. These guys got us in straight away and even washed the car too. Legends. Thanks heaps.

A while back my car broke down in Rocky on the way to Cairns and through RACQ my car was towed to Menzies...all I can say about Wayne and the team is they were fantastic in terms of keeping me updated via correspondence with what had to be fixed, pricing & updates on how the work was going, even organising getting it trucked up to Cairns for me after they finished and it felt brand new! Rare you get quality customer service & care these days but these guys were bloody awesome! Cheers

These guys were happy to take vehicle in sooner than booked,and did a thorough job.Feedback was great.It was a service not often come by nowadays.Thankyou ,much appreciated.

Overall quite unhelpful and very expensive for doing practically nothing. They took the engine apart, decided they couldn’t fix it, told me that “either” the cylinder head or helicoil needed replacement and was something they couldn’t do. Then told me it would be cheaper to replace the whole engine, and they couldn’t do that either! What kind of mechanics are these people? Seriously!!! then told me the car wasn’t worth it (2013 Honda Jazz in excellent condition otherwise, just over 100 thousand kms on it) so they left it in pieces and offered no further assistance.The mechanic wouldn’t even come out to discuss it with me, he left that to the lady in reception, she didn’t know anything and just wanted my money!Very poor form, especially from an apparently well established business…Maybe I should go into business myself taking engines apart telling people I can’t fix it and then charge $144 an hour for the privilege.The only good thing I have to say is that the tow truck driver was nice, but I suspect that’s because he would have to answer to the RACQ!If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Good people, got the radiator in my car done in a few days.
