Building renovations make shop very untidy but that's understandable - staff (managers?) occupying up one of the few tables still able to be used was not acceptable.

Poorly made burgers, ordered cheeseburger and it wasn't even put together neatly, bun crooked, meat and cheese hanging out. There is zero quality control and very expensive for what you get.

This morning i was being harrassed by an older man, and i had my kids in the car. As i went through drive-thru, i explained it to the lady that served our food. She advised me to park nearby and if he was still around, to tell them and theyll call the police for me. I did exactly that and he wasnt around. THANK YOU to the young lady thay served me this morning approx 9am ish. Thank you so much!

McDonald's used to have good service. It's just not a thing anymore. Plus. Why not have simple and clear menus available? Instead of quick moving and flashing signs. Some people don't want to stand in front of a screen to order.It's not helpful. Staff can be fairly rude. Burgers can be quite sloppy. It's sort of terrible. The reviews here tell the story. It's mainly a mix of five star and one star reviews. Unfortunately I believe all of the one star reviews are very warranted. I am pretty much giving up on McDonald's altogether after my last experience there.There's the corporate issues, and the individual staff issues. Both are different issues, but overall it's becoming less and less of a customer focused business.There are some good staff. Some really good ones, but the ones who aren't seem to be terrible. I don't know why it's like this. Such a contrast. Very much reflected in the reviews. One Star. Never going back there.

Went to Amberley McDonalds for dinner. My mum had problems with the self-serve machines where money had been taken from her account but the machine was still asking her to pay (it was just pending). Sophie (the manager on shift) was so patient and offering of help and as easy as it would’ve been for her to say “it will bounce back, I can’t do anything else” in the rush, she didn’t, she stayed to help my mum understand what had happened and made sure we got it all sorted. Both my mum and I have been managers at McDonalds and it’s not an easy job to do, Sophie should be promoted or something because managers like her are really hard to come :) thanks for your service manager Sophie!Ps. The crew working this same night were super wonderful as well. Some of our food was incorrect but that didn’t matter when the issue was resolved so apologetically, quickly and politely. I bought wraps tonight (12 May) after my 10:30pm shift, but i was really disappointed with kind of grilled chicken caesar wrap. It wasn't really appetising to eat! Very disappointed!!!!

Went to the drive thru to pick up some late supper around 3:30-4am and was treated rudely by the staff (guy with glasses). I told him he had forgotten one of my fries and he told me in absolute that I’ve made a mistake and that he would “give me the fries anyway”. I could see on the order screen that I had ordered a large fries with a separate meal so in total, I did have two fries and he missed out one. While he was passing me the “free” fries, he told me to “check properly next time”. If my partner and I weren’t so tired, we would have argued but in the moment it just wasn’t worth it. Upon getting home I realised how rude that staff was. Make sure you guys don’t suffer the mistreatment we endured.

Today i came back to this store. Almost ever aspect of the visit was perfect. The one thing that urked me was the training and supervision of a new employee. She was left alone on front counter taking orders when she didn't know how. I give a shout out to her, Tilly, for doing her best. As a new employee though, i believe she should have a crew trainer or senior crew member over her shoulder. It took her over 2 minutes to serve the person ahead of us (with no support) then a while to serve my friend and I. Once again, Tilly did an amazing job as someone new to the job.Besides that the store was clean, staff were friendly and respectful. Overall i had a good experience.Update: went here again today and I was very impressed. So much so that I've amended my star rating to 5 stars. I ordered a weird burger, and it was perfectly made. Very satisfied. Also, my hot chocolate was delicious. 10/10.

Ordered via Uber Eats. There was a 30 minute delay over and above the normal order time and despite our food being collected and delivered within 5 minutes the food was delivered stone cold and inedible. Complained to Uber Eats who only gave us a 20% refund even though we only consumed the drink out of two meals.
