The staff should not be in customer facing roles, their attitude and demeanour is unwelcoming and unprofessionalStaff should never say “okay everybody get out” while customers are shopping and still have half an hour before the shop closes.Will just shop online to avoid these unprofessional staff

How you can get your service so wrong - fellow serving having a good old yack, finally finishes and we are finally glad to pay for our thongs. Phone rings! Won't be a moment" such an easy statement. "Oh I'll be right back". I say "can't you serve us first?" Keeps walking away and grabs a young lady who is looking after a shoe sale to serve us. So apparent he has no idea about prioritising customers. We are right there face to face and have been waiting patiently for our turn. But the call that comes in later is the priority?? In addition

Sales price was good, but the staff obviously have no training in customer service . I had to ask one of the three staff to serve me at thier counter whilst they were in mid conversation.Very unprofessional.
