Pretty spot for a walk or picnic. Good viewing of the wet lands surrounding the lake which is teaming with birds. The lake is recreational but was once used for storage so the water outlet may be of historic interest for some. No camping around this spot but camping ok on the north shore of the lake.

A great lake going to waste as it seems that the authorities continually drain the lake.
