Contacted Noel and the team searching for a replacement high pressure EFI fuel pump to suit my 50hp Mercury 4 stroke. Was provided with the best of advice and service possible. An example of this is that the part shipped was tested as being up to scratch prior to shipping - something you don't usually see with wreckers. They also took the time to check the serial range of my outboard to ensure that we were speaking about the right part. And when a mistake was made causing the first part shipped to be incorrect, they owned the mistake and I was immediately shipped the correct part overnight without any fuss. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I just bought an older, really solid, 21 foot fiberglass boat. After getting the outboard motor running, I took it on the water for the first time and unfortunately found the boat badly “Porpoises”. I was later told by different people that there are many things that can cause this problem.I called North Queensland Outboard Wreckers to get the best prop (plus other parts) and I straight away was impressed by their friendly service, experience, marine knowledge, fair prices, and their genuine honesty.These guys really do care, and they took their time to properly run me through the number of different ways I am likely to solve this really technical problem, and the most common sense / cheapest way in which to do it. They have also offered to give me more service and support until I am happy with the end result.I have finally found a marine shop that I can depend on and trust.
