The staff are so kind and friendly. I recently lost my fur baby and they let me come and visit her whenever I wanted to whilst she was there getting treatment. They are extremely compassionate when it comes to making the tough decisions.I can not recommend GARS enough when it comes to treatment and care for your fur babies.

I genuinely cannot thank Dr. Caitlin and the GARS team for looking after my Astro Boy with his surgery. I was referred there by my regular Vet for a more severe orthopedic surgery, and after going through a very thorough admit consult, the team took more X-rays and saw it was a fracture instead. This saved Astro from a world of extra pain, and us from an extra cost. Dr. Caitlin updated me on every single step and was so caring throughout the process. They made sure I knew what home care I needed to do for Astro and that they were happy for me to contact them for any questions.Thank you so much to all of you lovely people. Your kindness and compassion are seen! I would 100000% drive from Wodonga all the way to you again for the amazing service and care.

We recently had our cocker spaniel in at the GARS. Sadly our beautful Ollie didn't survive but the staff were simply amazing. The level of care and compassion was really extraordinary. Thank you so much to all of you who cared so beautifully for Ollie and a special call out to Estelle (I hope I have the name right) who lost her own dog while we were there but was still primarily concerned about our own well being .Extraordinary!

A wonderful clinic where my dog was treated with the utmost care. The whole process was explained in detail and the aftercare was very clear.

Absolutely brilliant experience here today! All the staff were very attentive and treated my little girl Binky (and me!) with kindness and compassion. They went that extra mile to accommodate my requests, one example was trying a (non-painful) procedure without sedation given Binky's very compliant, and although difficult they took the time to make her comfortable and succeeded for which I'm very grateful. I saw Dr Scott McCann who was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Genuinely caring and friendly staff, and fantastic clean and well equipped premises, GARS is such a wonderful addition to Geelong!

Customer service was extremely rude and passive aggressive when I was enquiring about further information for my dog’s surgery. Sarah said she could not give me any further information about the nature of the surgery for my dog, yet was adamant on booking me in. It’s hard enough going through booking your pet in for a surgery when they’re unwell and doesn’t need to be made any harder from rude customer service staff. I called another vet surgeon after who were extremely helpful so obviously I took my money and services elsewhere. Very disappointing
