Booked Wards to do our move for 29/10/21. A small move, would have taken 2 hours max. Didn’t show at agreed time so I called them only to be told they had no booking for me. Then was told that someone with the same surname had called and cancelled our booking. Not me. They said they must have cancelled the wrong one….. they couldn’t help me and neither could any other removalists. Everyone was fully booked. My partner and I had to end up moving ourselves with a small Ute and a hand trolley. We are both 60. Not happy at all. To make things worse I received a phone call from Greg today, 11/11/21, wanting to confirm my booking for tomorrow 12/11. I told him the story and he said “oh I remember you now, anyway how did your move go?” I told him, and he said “oh these things happen”. Extremely unhappy. I think we were bumped for a bigger job, apparently that happens a lot these days.

We've used Wards a couple of times to move both locally and interstate (as have my parents). We've always found them to be great and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Awesome move from Greg and his team of careful, and quick removalists. We had a larger truck with 3 men on the job, it was sensational how quickly the uplift and the move was. Thanks guys, very professional

Two days ago, I had a bad experiece with a Wards Hr truck. Whilst driving a fully loaded pantec truck down Thunderbolt Way leading to Gloucester, this truck tailgates me in the 40km truck speed limited zone. The end result would have been disastrous, if I had to stop suddenly.Then at a one lane bridge on the same road with a Only one truck on the bridge at a time" sign approaching it

Wards Removals moved my family member from Tweed Heads South to Lake Macquarie on 27th May 2019. From the day I phoned Wards and spoke to Fiona I had a feeling of confidence that they could do the removal I was after. Within 30 minutes of my phone call to arrange a quote, Greg Ward was at the home to review what had to be moved. Again when I was speaking to Mr Ward I gained a sense of confidence. The quote came through on the same day and compared to other quotes I had received, Wards price was very competitive. We booked the removal and Wards removalists turned up on time and made a slightly challenging move happen with ease. The goods were delivered on time and in the same condition that they left the house. Gary and MJ unloaded and again, I was confident in their ability. From 'go to woe' it was very easy to deal with all personnel in Wards. They were very easy to talk to and took the time to understand our specific requirements. As stressful as moving house can be, Wards just made it very simple. Thank you to all involved in our removal.

We engaged Wards Removals to move my wife's mother from Tweed Heads to Melbourne in May 2020 and could not fault their service and professionalism.
