Didn’t want to leave a low star review as the store is only new and I don’t think it’s fair. However wasn’t 100% happy with what I received as breakfast. Ordered 2 “LARGE” breakfast burrito meals and what I received definitely wasn’t large at all. The burritos were small and only good for a child definitely not an adult. Although the drinks ( one cappuccino and one iced coffee ) were meant to be large they were both in small / standard size coffee cups. It also took ages for the coffees to be made, sitting at the window watching I would suggest 2 people making them as I assume the guy was new and rather slow.

Love the food! Always nice and fresh! I destroyed my nachos in 10 seconds flat. Nice and quick, a flavour combo in my mouth!!!

First time as a customer at Warner on a busy Saturday night (7pm). We ordered a pork burrito, chicken enchilada and beef nacho fries. We agreed it was the best GYG we’ve ever had.

Really loving the vibe, people and experience from the Warner GYG crew. Have ordered breakfast a fee times and couldn't fault the meals at all. Lovely welcome and all happy smiles.. Thank you for great food and great service. Will definitely come back for a dinner run.

I went to GYG warner for a meal and it was good, although, when I got an ice cream cone at the drive through, it was half full, not like the photo presented at the drive through.I asked the man at the window “is that the best you can do?” His reply was “it’s the way it is” and shut the window……. Ok :(

Was very excited for my first ever GYG experience. Ordered a nacho bowl with sour cream and lettuce as extras - had to yell the extras I wanted 3x at the drive-thru kiosk operator but all good, it’s a busy area! Get to payment counter and had order read back - extras missing so I had to clarify again and then paid. Got my order and drove home only to find lettuce missing and literally the tiniest smidge of sour cream, hardly worth the $1. Understandable a new store needs to work out kinks, but might be worth customers checking their orders before driving away. Bit bummed I spent extra for nothing, especially during these hard times. Meal was still nice, though and hoping next experience is far better.

I’ve been to the new Guzman Y Gomez at Warner a few times and I love their food. It’s fresh, tasty and satisfying. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is clean and inviting. It’s great to have a different option for take away in the area.However, I have to say that the order accuracy has been a problem. Almost every time I’ve ordered something, there was something missing or wrong in my order. I understand that it’s a new store and they are still working out the kinks, but it’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you asked for. I hope they can improve on this soon.Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Mexican food, but be prepared to double check your order before you leave.
