Had a dreadful experience with this lady. She seemed to be working for the buyers and not me. Coerced me into accepting an offer way below market value. Said she was going to sue me for bruises she incurred after a dining chair broke under her weight if I didn't accept the offer. No conscience and certainly does not work for the buyer who pays her hefty commission. Never!! go to this lady to sell your real estate.
