The only problem I find with the store is the middle aged lady that works in the service department. She has the most miserable attitude and is so rude, I returned a trampoline to the outdoor service area with a recipe when she met me there she wouldn’t talk to me, only clicked her fingers and waved me to come up the stairs. I told her to talk to me I was a person not a dog, then she went inside and sent out a younger girls who was very nice. I’ve had a few run ins with her and am surprised to see that she still works there. If I ever need anything from the service department I go to the Werribee plaza instead.

I retruned a product to kmart tarneit and i had receipt with me.They refused to give me a refund on cash the gave me voucher to spend in the shop only.They manager said the worker made a mistake but we cannot fix it.

One of the Worst kmart stores they have zero customer service especially the young staff at the counter on Sunday evening is so arrogant, have a bad attitude, and lie In front of customers. On Sunday 5 June we went to the Kmart, and at the counter, the young staff was so arrogant, she keeps on pointing us to go to the self-check when one of their young staff was busy on her phone during working hours, there were no manners and no customer service. We told her we didn't like the way you treated us, to which she started an argument with us and lied that she was busy with customers when there were none. She was just standing free on the counter. We know that most of the customers in Tarneit Kmart are Indians, but you don't have to be racist and treat us badly.Thank you
