My first visit & I'm very happy. Bee looked after me & I'll book in with her again. She was lovely & caring and listened to what I was hoping to achieve. I had a haircut, eyebrow threading & tint and lash tint. The salon has a nice feel, parking is easy, staff are welcoming. Thank you.

I had a great hair day at Zigbis! I went for a wash and cut with Ilenia. She understood what I wanted for my curly hair and gave me just that!! I’m loving my new haircut and the bouncy curls!

I went to have my hair styled for an event. There was no product used in my hair at all. Not even heat protection. After leaving not only did my hair look horrible but it has been completely fried at the ends from the styling tool! Mind you the styling tool was held together with duct tape at the power point. I need ALL of my hair cut off and I am absolutely devastated after growing it out for so long.

I found someone left the same review here few months ago but it's not been fixed yet so maybe this hair salon purposely does it.I booked mens haircut via their website.I booked 20minutes Mens cut + wash $28 and I also chose Nicole as preferred staff.As other reviewer said,I had no wash and no Nicole and haircut done in 10minutes but still I got charged $28.

I attended Zigby's salon on Friday 2/6/23.I was originally quoted $99 to have my hair extensions that were purchased else to be put into my hair.My hair was also cut un evenly 2 weeks before when I came in for colour and cut as you can seeThe male hair dresser who installed my extensions did not blend them into my hair as I asked and instead rushed me out because it was close to closing time because apparently he had to leave, how unprofessional. I was charged $200 when initialing quoted $99 that day by both the owner over the phone and the hair dress who did this. The owner stated after when I contacted her upset about my hair that she said “per hour” all though she definitely did not. When I spoke to the owner she had refused to even refund me for this horrible work or at least give me my $100 back that I was over charged with. She was rude and asked me did I go back and try get a refund from the hair extension supplier because why am I trying to get a refund from her. I deserve a refund from this horrible work and placement of the extensions.But no, Instead I was offered $45 store credit.DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE!!!!!!!
