Pulled over for refilling & took a good 4 to 5 hours of rest in the car park along with the family as I was too tired on my SYD-MEL drive. Great coffee and food and would always take a stopover if I don't book my motel. Great Great Place to recharge during long drive...

Avoid this stop at all costs-keep driving!The carpark and gardens are full of trash.Tables inside and out are absolutely filthy, coated in food, drink and rubbish.The toilets had clearly not been cleaned recently and the baby change in the family room was broken and unsafe for use.The only words to describe the playground are vile and foul. We wouldn't let our children play on it, it was an absolute disgrace.If my brand or reputation were associated with this location I would be mortified.

Oh my god, my first time experiencing racism in Australia is here in this BP servo. The old grumpy man with long hair is such a pain to deal with and he was talking down to me and lecturing me for minute things as he thought i dont behave the local way. I would never patronise here if i were you. Please avoid this place

I have had really bad experiences at this place. The elderly gentleman with long hair working here in the evenings is extremely rude and very racist.I have seen him behave differently to people who don’t look caucasian.Recently he was abusing a customer (who also had a small baby with him) and shouting at him from behind the counter.The customer was only asking him to charge the correct price for the drink which wasn’t scanning at the right price. Finally he refused to sell the drink to the customer and the customer just walked out of the shop without buying anything.Extremely poor customer service at this placeI have stopped going to this place and have asked al the drivers of my fleet to stop going here

This is a good truck stop - clean and well presented. The BP has a great mini mart with ATM and self service U Haul machine.Hungry Jacks serves the usual fare, but the bacon and egg rolls at Cafe One was excellent. $7.99 for the bacon and egg roll combo was great value and coffee was excellent.Also charging station for electric vehicles.

No 95 or 98 RON fuel. Only 91RON and diesel fuel. Most pumps don't work. Long waiting time for fuel and to pay. Internet doesn't work most of the times. No ATM. No internet, can't buy food, drink or pay for fuel. This problem has been on going for 8 weeks. Not getting better. Getting worse. Manager doesn't seem to care. Too many excuses.DON'Tgeanything there

Good truck stop to stop by if you are doing long journey.The BP store had a well equipped range of supplies from drinks to all necessary items.It also had an ATM, Hungry Jacks and coffee shopThey also had charging station for electric vehicles by RAVC

Wow, the changes are amazing, the beautiful bubbly blonde, who’s smiling face you see when you walk in is something you need after a big drive, great customer service, and always up for a chat. Kirsten you have the best personality and I’ll come back just for a yarn. Great work BP Barney

We stopped for fuel on our way to Sydney and met Perry at the register. She was very nice to us, kind and nice to talk to. So we stopped again on the way back and Perry was so nice and we had a friendly chat. She's my new friend. Thank you Perry! - Abdullah, 9 years old (almost 10)

Don’t even bother! Absolutely FILTHY! It was more hygienic to change our child in the car park. Not a clean surface on site, bathrooms were revolting… Y U C K!
