They serviced and fixed an issue on my car and didn't try to up sell me on what I thought could be another problem.

Great local mechanic who you can really trust. They are honest and fair in what they charge. I've been them a number of years in a number of different cars I own. They can do the simple and the more complex equally well. If you want a local mechanic in the Bondi/ Eastern suburbs area I'd highly recommend them. Very friendly and easy to deal with too.

This was my second time using Bondi Auto Repairs. I had to tow my car in with brake failure and was very nervous as once my car was dropped off, it literally could not leave until fixed. Obviously this is quite a vulnerable position to be in and I had to trust that I would be treated fairly.Not only was I treated fairly, I was blown away by the service I received. My car was diagnosed before I even got to the shop (around 30 mins after my car left on the truck). They sourced a discontinued part through second-hand sellers and called me advising of a time frame for the repair. The repair was completed within this window, and they charged me incredibly fairly, especially given issues with parts availability and the lockdown.I thoroughly recommend Bondi Auto Repairs. They are honest, reasonable and professional. Thanks guys!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Went in for a simple job, changing the struts in my boot. Parts cost $99 for a pair, takes five minutes to change. They said they would check the part price and come back to me. They completed the job without calling me back and then charged me $280 for the struts and another $120 for another car part I required. When I politely questioned the inflated price of the parts and requested to see a break down of the part purchase, they became really aggressive and refused to show me the breakdown of purchase of parts. I left the place in tears after being aggressively shouted at by a man in his office for 15 minutes. I wouldn't trust them and I would never use them again.

Avoid these guys 100%. Dropped the car in in March 2021 and they told me it needed new ignition coil and spark plugs. The car was losing power on the accelerator. They charged me $400 and I sat into the car and literally nothing had changed. Brought it to another mechanic and he changed the spark plugs and even showed me how the old ones weren’t changed. $400 wasted but lesson learned - Avoid these guys

The most ethical mechanics I know. Always on the money, fast, reliable and true to their word. Don't go anywhere else.

For a first time expeirence, I was extremely pleased with the level of care, professionalism and honesty from Sandro at Bondi Auto. I went here on the good word of the previous owner of my car, and I have no regrets.Will be bringing my car back for the next service for sure.(Audi A3 2008)

Really excellent. Fitted me in because of a cancellation, turned it round in two hours, and no suspicious charges. Minimal cost. Will definitely recommend.
