I live out of town and dropped in to stock up on my essentials. Suzanne was undertaking some training with a new staff member Ana. It is one of the best customer experiences I have had. I don’t believe that it was because training was happening. I think it was because Suzanne really knows how to provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Well done Suzanne and Ana and thank you so much.

Best L’occitane store I’ve visited! Customer service is absolutely amazing! Suzanne provides the BEST customer service and product knowledge of any L'Occitane store I have been into. It is always such a delight to visit the Geelong store and spoil yourself (or loved ones) with beautiful products.

My mother and I were invited to attend a free Masterclass which featured samples of the L'Occitane products, how to use these products on the skin, who these products were most effective on and the kind of facial routine which one could follow.We were highly satisfied with the amiable staff and quality of the Masterclass session.In addition, we attended a free facial which was relaxing, rejuvenating and very high quality.Thank you so much to the L'Occitane staff. I highly recommend this store to anyone and will certainly be returning sometime in the future.

My partner and I had the most incredible customer service experience here yesterday (Tuesday 28th June). I have been using their products for a while and my partner, who has psoriasis, always finds my products works and makes his skin feel more hydrated and with less flare ups.So we went in wanting to buy what I currently use for him but wanted more advice as to what he could change if required. The manager was SO informative and most importantly, wasn’t upselling the most expensive products, but rather encouraging use of the ones that would work best for my partner. We came out so much more knowledgeable and my partner and I are so happy. Thank you so much for your assistance and I can’t wait to come back when your beauty room for facials is all set up!
