I have nothing but positive things to say about Tomas Mian. He is one of the most personable agents I have come across in my time looking to buy. I can say he has been the only agent that has followed up my interest after inspecting on of his properties for sale. He is always punctual in his response times to all of my questions about the property. I wouldn't hesitate to get Tomas to sell my property when the time arose. Even though i wasn't successful in the purchase of the property- Tom has been kind enough to act on my behalf to source out a property for me to purchase. This has been greatly appreciated. 5 stars all round, couldn't recommend him enough.

Emily refused to let me put in an offer on a house (7 kadlunga court, boronia heights) that had only been on the market for 2 business days. We had enquired about the house with no response and multiple calls. monday morning at opening of business i contacted emily, she refused to take an offer on the house as it would be unfair" even know that an offer had not yet been accepted. Not being allowed a fair chance on a public sale is unacceptable"

In the past i’ve consistently had bad experiences with real estates. LJ Hooker Avnu are just incredible. I’ve never experienced real estate like this before. The technology is insane and the team are so professional, trustworthy and easy to deal with. They made my whole experience a dream. Thank you for the constant help and always putting me first. Roger was incredible in helping us buy our unit. Super knowledgeable and communicative. We had a little hiccup but he was always there along the way and on top of that, very considerate of our work hours. Would always either send a message to see if we're available or call outside of work hours. We both really appreciate all he has done and the support he provided along the way. Will absolutely recommend him to anyone we know!
