I highly recommend going to GAMESMEN instead as they provide set prices instead of having to go in and price may vary. Plus customer service was absolutely horrendous where as GAMESMEN was a very easy process.

Really really nice people and a good, quick service! Had a few Nintendo products repaired and it was done quickly and for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Unfortunately my car broke down out the front, they bent over backwards to help me get it going again despite it not being their problem at all and even got my son a cold drink while we were trying to sort it out.

Highly recommend this bloke for repairs, brought my Switch in for a repair he charged me less than half the price EB Games was asking and fixed it in a couple of hours when EB said it could take up to 2 weeks as their repair centre is in Queensland, definitely my go to guy now when I have issues with electronics.

I would rate 10 if I could, best repair shop there is in Sydney, got my PS5 repaired within an hour here while I was trying to reach Sony for months on and still no response. Also all the inside hardware is detailed cleaned new and running smoothly. Top notch customer service.

Dropped off my ps5 because it stopped working. After an hour he told me that the motherboard is malfunctioning. A week later he called me up saying that it's ready to pick up but I was busy so I waited for another week. Went to the place and he said it's not ready yet. I have been waiting for a month and he hasn't responded and he still has it! What a waste of time.

I had phone called to get my 2 Xbox controllers repaired which he said it would take 1-3 day’s maximum. Then I didn’t receive an update on them for more than three days went through the weekend. I tried calling him multiple times still no answer which forced me to go to the residence to get an update he answered the door and said that he was sick. Few more days went past i finally got my controllers back repaired “thankfully” but the back piece plastic which holds in the batteries of the controller is missing and it is at his house and he refuses that it is there.
