Called Luis at aurora plumbing after my drains had become blocked. Luis was polite and professional over the phone and provided comprehensive information on what I should do while I wait for him to arrive.The wait wasn’t long, and once here he proceeded to inform me on the problem and how to fix it, his friendly service highly soars above any of the tradesmen I’ve had do work at my property in the past and would highly recommend Luis and his business to anything plumbing relatedThanks Luis

Absolutely fantastic in every way. On time, reliable, professional and the pricing is good and simple. Luis did a great job fixing some leaking toilets for me and he has a really great apprentice as well.They explained everything and fixed the problem in no time and I am happy to say I have had no problems since. Luis is honest and a trustworthy and I have recommended him to friends who have thanked me for connecting them with aurora plumbing. Thanks for restoring my faith that there are some good tradesmen out there!

Luis was great from start to finish in helping organise our job. We urgently needed some plumbing done before and after our new kitchen got installed. When I rang he was happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. Responded to texts quickly and called back immediately if he missed our call. Lachlan, who did the work at our place, was really helpful, happy to do any work and was very quick to get things done. Nothing was a bother for him and he made sure out place was left neat and tidy. I wont use another plumber from now on.

I rang Luis late one night when my hot water system blew up. Aurora was there first thing that morning with a new hot water arriving before lunchtime. I've used these guys for years and they never let me down. There are no long waits and nothing is a problem.

Edited - Had Luis from Aurora FM around a second time (after using service a few years ago). Again an excellent, reasonably priced job from a reliable plumber. Thanks again!!Luis from Aurora FM provided excellent service and advice. I absolutely would recommend to anyone seeking an honest and thorough plumber who takes the time to explain his work and is very reasonably priced. I will definitely use again the next time I need plumbing or gas fitting or drainage work.
