Do not use this company. They don't show up on time and mess you around with drop off and pick up. The women that runs it is very rude and abusive and believes it's ok to scream and yell at you over the phone as she thinks that she is right no matter what. Jumping castles where dirty and had holes.

Do NOT hire from this company.I booked with them 1 month prior to my sons party. They didn’t turn up on the day. Communication was terrible. My children were very disappointed.

Absolutely amazing people had the big castle overnight, when every else said no due to the weather they said YES no problem. Btw it didn't rain like it was expected and we kept it completely dry. Even gave us the whole next day to enjoy it. They were here earlier then they told me and later to pick up so we had such a great time with the castle really saved our party ! Thank you so much guys

I am shocked. We had another jumping castle cancel last minute for our sons birthday to call joyous who seemed to have saved the day with availabilty for a spiderman castle for the 8th of may (which was the next day) confirmed with them they were coming at 1pm. We called, texted numerous times to have no answer or anything. Our son spent his birthday crying over the castle that never came. How can you do that to kids? If it was possible to rate minus 5 id so that for sure.

Very un-professional business. Was told castle would be good for noon. Our daughters 3rd birthday with 15 kids, still no castle. Text to tell me it would be arriving at 3.15pm however the party started at 1pm. Told them not to bother, the party is nearly over. Do not recommend.

Such a wonderful experience we had. They delivered the castle on time and we actually were using it for much longer than I was anticipating. The owners were very friendly and set up and collection. Good communication and worth every dollar spent. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend.
