Watch out for hidden costs. You'll find many ads online promoting up to 50% off two months but the medium unit I chose had only 25% off first month (which pretty much covers the hidden administration fee). You'll also be told towards the end of the sign up form that insurance is compulsory. I chose this storage facility because they promote that it is 24hrs. I filled everything out online and paid through my business. Today I was moving in and a staff member told me there were access hours. I told him that it's advertised as 24hrs access, it even says it in my email receipt (image attached). He said that's just for business accounts.. I said that I did use my business to sign up, he said oh ok.. then it's 24hrs for you. I asked him to double check the system to make sure I am down as a business account. He checked and said yes you are so you have 24hr access. An hour later I'm a quarter of the way moving in and a different staff member comes to inform me that a business account is $25 extra per month! Not much I can do about it as I'm already in the process of moving in. For almost 2 years I was paying $203 a month with insurance at Rent A Space in Gregory Hills. Not a good start...

Best I have used. Clean, easy to access and great staff. Highly recommend to any seeking storage in the area.
