By far the worse customer service I've ever experienced at a beaurepairs store, and ive been and visit them alot more frequently then most for my work, pick another location if you need to go to beaurepaires.

So this apparently is no longer Beaurepairs. As a customer for over 10years it is very disappointing to be treated the way we have the past 2 days. This centre no longer deals with cars (apparently) and my husband has just been mucked around with for the past 2 days. 3 times he has gone there to get a tyre fixed, and only on the third time did they bother to tell him they no longer deal with cars. Completely appalled with the service. Which I regret to say as they were amazing before this.

I highly recommend this store.Great customer service & Friendly staff, especially Jordan & Dean.I would definitely come back.Even my toddler was grateful for her 'Beaurepairs' balloon which kept her entertained on the drive home.Thanks guys

Just blown away with how friendly and helpful these guys are. I had a tricky job that I rang a number of tyre places who couldn’t do it. One of them recommended I give these guys in Somerton a call.Not only did they help me immediately, but they didn’t even charge me. I would drive all over Melbourne to come back. We’ve got a large fleet of vehicles that they didn’t know about. I won’t go anywhere else now

I bought tyers 7 weeks ago from this store and they have not done anything to order them in or refund. They also dont stay true to their opening time late opens ans eary closes.

Absolute disgrace of a place, I had a flat tyre it was pouring rain in peak hour traffic with two babies in the car and I waiting at reception while the guy ignored me till I yell out to him than he said he can’t fix it and wouldn’t help me put the spare on coz they just didn’t have time never been so disgusted in a place in my life!

Very bad service asked to change the spare and had no winder to wind down the spare they asked me to wind down the spare if I wanted the spare changed. Then they said they don’t have a wonder but maybe Bridgetown across the road can help. Definitely don’t recommend them.
