Tim was very helpful right from the first conversation. He made good time to talk us through the process of selling and he was able to provide grounded advice at each point. Whenever I had questions he was happy to discuss them and seemed to be drawing on his own regular reading of the market. In the end he helped us secure a good sale. His offer of allowing us to show the house was also a valuable opportunity. I enjoyed meeting the interested buyers.

Excellent͏ service & resultWe͏ found Tim to be thoroughly professional in terms of meeting appointments and timeframes and very easy to talk to. His advice on price turned out to be conservative but he negotiated a higher offer anyway, so we were happy to settle on that ... and all within 4 days!
