Tony is excellent! Knows what he is talking about and is passionate about making sure you leave with the best product. He was able to advise us on colours and was very patient while we decided. Even offered to let us try the rugs for 7 days. Got them home and - perfect!

If you're looking for rugs give this place a try. Tony was extremely friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge. Thought we had it sorted until the rug was on the floor at home and it didn't suit. Not a problem, returned to store and swapped over without question. New rug looks a million dollars. Thankyou Tony.

Great customer service. I love the fact that if you dont like it when you get it home, within 7 days return it, get a full refund. The one I bought is not online, so it was worth getting out of the house to look at them and finding a good deal. Glad I did, I made a nice choice.

I love this place, the whole experience. The friendly team assisted my picky self with finding the perfect rug and my new build was delayed 6 months although they were super accommodating on collection dates to ensure the rug was the perfect fit. I will not go anywhere else this team is best! PS the rug is amazing!! I love it.

We just had Veri-Shades installed at our newly built house and couldn't be happier with the product.We have been very impressed by Tony at the DecoRug, Fortitude Valley store.From our first telephone conversation through to completion of the installation.Tony is very pro-active and responsive with an upbeat twist.He is lovely to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. He was our 'go to'. And when Tony wasn't there, Brad was excellent as well.All in all a very positive experience.
