Very friendly staff, efficient process via online data collection and appointments. Vast improvement compared to 10 years ago. On the day, there was only one counter open for data verification and there were over 20 applicants waiting to be called (some had to stand, as there were not enough seats), should have more staff at the counter to speed up the process.

I was came here to renew my passport. The process was very quick(if you have all required documents with you) and all the staff was very helpful. I was been told that the new passport will be complete in two weeks but received mine today which is less than a week. Two thumbs up for the service.

Utterly disgusting the treatment they gave us. I spoke to a man who didn’t understand English and when I was trying to clarify the visa process he proceeded to tell me that I am wasting his time and that he has more important calls. An absolutely poor representation of the country. Absolutely appalling.

Very Satisfied.I had my appointment for Passport renewal (due to expiring) on 4 May 2023 at 10.30 AM. I arrived 20 minutes earlier as I didn't want to be late, but the staff assisted me straightaway since there was no queue, and the whole process was done within 10-15 minutes. Then I received my new passport on 12 May 20213. (literally just a week! That's fast!) Thank you, KJRI - Sydney! It was remarkable!

Been here for renewal passport. It was a great experience. I feel there are some improvement in place and service.I like how they provide computer and printer so we could print/copy some document that are missing for requirement.2 things that could be improve probably the screen infront of door that are off, some people just confuse and expect to print queque ticket but turned out it just switched off.Will be great if there any clear instruction on what to do. Also the toilet restroom does not have a paper towel dispenser.
