The sauna is beautiful, peaceful and private with a gorgeous view of a garden. So good to warm up after a cold surf. Makes you sleep like a baby and feels so medicinal! I'd much much rather do this than plunge into Wim Hoff cold water. Really clean and smells like timber. Amazing!!
