Purchased from Daily Plazza a New aim Pty Ltd business back in early December, what a mistake!Delivery was confirmed to be before Christmas as it was a Christmas present, it arrived today 05/01. It arrived damaged in two parts.I wish I had read reviews of this group of companies earlier and I believe that Australian consumer affairs will need to open a thorough investigation into their unscrupulous dealings under various banners.Hopefully this helps to deter future consumers from being conned.Your welcome for me taking the time to review New Aim Pty Ltd...........

This is the most shambolic company I have ever experienced. The customer service was appalling, I had emailed them on 5 different occasions never once receiving a reply. I bought a daybed in December which was delivered but missing 2 parts. I brought this up with Myer on 24th December and after weeks and weeks of them trying to find a solution, still nothing was happening. I finally received my order towards the end of February, something that should have been resolved by early January latest. Very, very bad company please do not buy anything from them.

Ask for a refund 10mins after placed order,going to charge us 10%(which is fine), $200 more than Myer, don’t do price match!still shipping to us, and we need to pay shipping back fee! The one we bought from Myer arrived a month before. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Don’t buy!

Horrible experience!!! I ordered one item and since then FOUR additional pieces of furniture that belong to other people have been sent to me. I don't have room to store all of the boxes and now I deeply regret my original purchase. I have tried to phone them to remove my contact details from their system but their phone number doesn't work.

My partner purchased a rowing machine as a gift for me from New Aims shop on Kogan marketplace called One Shop. I have been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks in regard to a fault with the item. Kogan customer care has also been trying to contact them however there has been no reply. DO NOT purchase from these guys they operate under multiple different names however all have the same ABN - 50 115 804 432. Terrible customer service!!

If I could give less than one star I would. These people and this company are impossible to contact, no response to phone messages or email sent. Their product customer service is so poor it is exceptionally disappointing I would encourage anybody not to do business with this company. Their product warranty is worthless.LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE and check out their RESPONSES TO OTHER FEEDBACK. Just the same old automated garbage

Don't respond to your queries unless you lodge a dispute with Kogan. They breach their own terms on Kogan's website, which they say you are 'guaranteed to receive a prompt response and outstanding service.' They list a disconnected phone number on their website and google listing.

I purchased a waterproof sail shade, installed with the correct fall and tensioned it to the point where seams almost burst. A large amount of water (over 20l) still pooled on the shade weighing the center down.I requested a replacement or refund and they refused it stating that the pooling water was a “feature” of the sail shade.After months of emails, I ended up reporting them to the Office of Fair Trading.

Horrible. Cannot get in contact with these people by phone at all.My package has just been sitting at their facility waiting to be processed for about 2 weeks now. I’ve had no updates on my order either. Get better customer service because this is absolutely ridiculous.
