Would not like to use this company again. I went to remove an interlock and install in another car and one of the parts did not get sent. This meant we had no car for around 4 days and was stuck in a town. Once getting told about the part not being sent they then blamed us for not giving them enough time to sort it out but we told them a week before hand. After this we got yelled at by the lady on the phone then had to pay out of pocket to get it removed. Still have not heard about getting a refund.

Significantly more expensive than the other options. Unsure of what justifies it costing at least $1600 more than the other providers.

My partner is currently using Affordable Interlock Systems to install and maintain his Interlock device and whilst he did experience a significant inconvenience as a result of an incorrect booking incident, it was dealt with in the best possible way and we are still both very impressed with their service

1 star reviews on here are misleading so I thought I'd pop in my 5 stars.Ladies on the phone are lovely to deal with and always helpful when I had issues with my interlock.I could only imagine that these ladies came off rude, because the customer at the end of the phone was impatient and rude to them to begin with.Working in this industry would be quite difficult due to the demographic.Cost is the same as competiors so I'm not sure where that $1600 figure was pulled out of.

Awful service provider, misleading support claims and terrible customer service. Incompetent andrude, had staff simply yell and hang up. Avoid at all opportunity.Reply: Your staff raised their voice at me, expressed rudeness throughout the conversation and hung up the phone mid conversation after telling me to shut up. The fact that you threaten reviews on Google says enough.
