My mum moved in here and it is an amazing facility unlike any other aged care place I have seen . Not only is the facility 5 star so are the staff and the service . Sadly mum only got to enjoy being treated like a guest for a short time and after her passing the staff at Karingal and in the head office acted with great professionalism in a caring way .Highly recommended

Wrong information conveyed to family member about status of resident; verbal requests of resident trumped by 3rd party written information of dubious integrity despite witness of AHPRA registered RN to resident wishes about agency of resident.
